Develop and manage the annual marketing communication calendar across email, website, and social media channels. Lead the development and ongoing updates of broker support materials including product sheets, program documents, and communication templates. Create marketing content and tools that help brokers educate clients and generate leads for Personal Lending products. Lead the execution of digital content by partnering with Creative Services and managing external content producers. Manage the execution of promotional strategies and marketing campaigns for SFR offers across all marketing channels, including email, website, social media, and events. Own the annual promotions calendar, track campaign performance, and synthesize insights and learnings.
