Marketing Manager (Madrid)

As a Marketing Manager at Compass you will shape Compass’ local marketing team and our presence in the Cape Cod market. You will be responsible for managing the local marketing team while working closely with the New England Marketing team and Compass corporate marketing department to develop, oversee, and execute a local brand strategy and agent marketing services strategy. You will be the leader and visionary for Cape Cod Compass Marketing.

• Lead a marketing team that effectively, efficiently, and intelligently handles all local marketing needs for our agents on Cape Cod, the Islands, and the surrounding coastal areas
• Lead strategy and execution for all agent branding and marketing to ensure cohesion with the Compass brand
• Analyze local media landscape and develop local media strategy (print and digital) in partnership with Senior Marketing Manager
