Marketing Manager- International Skilling and Edtech

Purpose:

We are seeking a hands-on and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and outreach activities that directly support candidate sourcing for Leadspire’s International Mobility programs.

This role is not brand-only or corporate marketing. It is a performance-driven sourcing support role, responsible for generating qualified leads, supporting inside sales and partner sourcing teams, and enabling government and institutional mobilization efforts. The role reports directly to AVP – Sourcing.
