You will be responsible for managing the local marketing team while working closely with the New England Marketing team and Compass corporate marketing department to develop, oversee, and execute a local brand strategy and agent marketing services strategy. You will be the leader and visionary for Cape Cod Compass Marketing.
Please note this is in-office role in either our Boston, Hingham or Osterville office.
