THE ROLE

DOMA is a boutique property near Ericeira, Portugal, bringing together a hotel, wellness centre, bakery and bistro under one roof. We attract guests and locals alike. We are growing, and we are looking for someone to own marketing results. This is a hands-on marketing leadership role at the centre of that growth.

You will be accountable for direct revenue contribution from the channels, campaigns, and products you build. Every workstream you lead has a measurable output. You will track it, report it, and be expected to improve it.

Revenue & Commercial Performance for Hotel, F&B and Wellness

• Direct booking revenue and share vs OTA and website – reported weekly. ADR and RevPAR contribution from marketing-driven demand.
