THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Regional Marketing Intern, you will support the regional marketing team in executing daily operational tasks, coordinating marketing communications, managing product sample redistribution, and consolidating market insights and trend analyses to support strategic decision-making across regional markets. You will be reporting to Regional Marketing Senior Manager, and you will manage: Market & Competitor IntelligenceConduct competitor benchmarking across fragrance, makeup and skincare categories.
Track competitor launches, pricing and positioning across key markets.
Summarize insights to support regional marketing decision-making.
Monitor emerging beauty trends across social media, retail and industry sources.
