Marketing Group Manager

Job description: In this 2-year fixed-term position, you will have the following responsibilities:
Overseeing the activities and key performance indicators of the consumer segment from planning through execution and follow-up, ensuring that the segment’s goals are met and contribute to the company’s overall success.
Creating clear and transparent plans for the consumer mobile segment’s roadmap and activities, sharing these with relevant departments to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared for execution.
Managing your team’s resources effectively, regularly monitoring performance, and making adjustments to plans as needed Identifying future business opportunities to further develop the segment and ensuring that commercial activities are coordinated across departments for optimal results.
Initiating research to uncover customer insights and needs, monitoring customer satisfaction, and developing plans to maintain high satisfaction levels.
