Marketing Executive (Partnership & Customer Growth)

This role focuses on driving retail business growth through strategic partnerships, customer engagement initiatives, CRM activities, and outlet campaigns. The position is responsible for supporting customer acquisition, loyalty programmes, marketing activations, and performance analysis to improve customer retention, increase outlet traffic, and strengthen overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Management

• Identify and manage potential business partners that can drive customer traffic to outlet and revenue growth.
• Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and partnership activations.
• Negotiate partnership benefits, promotional support, and customer privileges.
• Maintain strong long‑term partner relationships and ensure partnership deliverables are fulfilled.
