A typical day would involve:
Supporting the planning and delivery of Vancity’s 80th anniversary events, including community celebrations, member moments, and internal milestonesCoordinating event logistics such as schedules, run-of-show documents, vendor and partner touchpoints, onsite setup and interactions with public/members on the groundAttending events to provide hands on support, assist attendees, and ensure a positive member and community experienceCapturing content at events (photos, short videos, social moments) to support storytelling and social media engagementCollaborating closely with the teams in marketing, brand, events, and community to execute initiatives on time and on brandAssisting with post event wrap-ups, including feedback gathering, asset organization, and learnings documentation You are:
