Key Responsibilities

• Conduct farmer meetings, crop demonstrations, and awareness programs.
• Promote Aastha Organics products directly among farmers and retailers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Maintain close contact with dealers, distributors, and progressive farmers.
• Gather product feedback, soil/crop data, and competitor information.
• Assist Area Manager in executing field campaigns and brand promotion.
• Report daily field activities and results to the management.
