Marketing Data Analyst - First Advantage (Bangalore/Mumbai)

Position Summary   First Advantage is seeking a sharp, analytically minded Marketing Data Analyst to empower our B2B marketing strategy with data-driven insights.

This role will be an integral part of the Marketing Operations & Analytics team, responsible for combining information from all Marketing core systems to enable real-time, data-driven decisions.

The primary focus of this position is to lead the data management and reporting capabilities of our CRM,  Salesforce.com , and our Marketing Automation Platform, HubSpot.

You will transform raw data into actionable intelligence, with an emphasis on analyzing business and process requirements while also supporting critical data quality initiatives.

The role involves significant interaction with Marketing and Sales Leadership, as well as cross-functional Marketing and Operations teams, to define needs, draft specifications, and implement robust reporting solutions.
