1. Role Overview:
The

Marketing Coordinator

will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of all ATL & BTL marketing activities. This role requires strong coordination, follow-up, planning, and communication skills to manage digital marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, branding activities, social media, vendor coordination, internal approvals, and marketing schedules.

2. Key Responsibilities

* Create and maintain a detailed marketing activity calendar.
* Coordinate with internal teams such as tech, regional sales, operations, and management to achieve results.
* Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, partner events, and webinars.
* Coordinate booth branding, logistics, invitations, registrations, giveaways, presentations, and promotional materials.
* Coordinate with vendors, hotels, printers, and internal teams.
