Marketing Coordinator/Assistant | NutraWell | Remote (Part-Time)

NutraWell is a high-growth, founder-led wellness brand selling premium, science-backed supplements. We're looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to own media buying, P&L updates, and basic business admin—someone who is organised, accurate, and detail-oriented.

What You’ll Do

• Media Buying: Update Meta ad budgets based on our framework.
• P&L & Data: Update profit-and-loss sheets with data from Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Loop subscriptions. Fill other sheets as needed.
• Business Admin: Basic admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Shopify, WhatsApp, Loom—and any other tools we use.
