**General Summary:** The Marketing Coordinator coordinates projects and initiatives that proactively promote Ghafari’s image and growth in the global marketplace.

**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Support Ghafari’s business development efforts by:
+ Collaborating with business development team leaders to strategize, coordinate, and produce proposals, presentation decks, and qualifications packages
+ Composing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and producing marketing / sales collateral
+ Interfacing with management and technical teams to generate compelling marketing materials that communicate the company’s value proposition
+ Facilitating presentation preparation and rehearsals
+ Conducting market intelligence and research
+ Responding to various writing, editing, and image requests.
+ Support public relations initiatives by:
+ Developing, drafting, and distributing press releases and media pitches
