What does a Marketing Coordinator do?

The Marketing Coordinator serves as a cross-trained generalist on the marketing team, offering administrative support to the team, coordinating work within the department, planning team celebrations and team building activities, maintaining department policy and procedures, responding to inquiries or requests for information, as well as providing support and back up to other marketing disciplines (Field, Social, Web) as assigned.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department by:

+ Provides administrative assistance in the implementation of Marketing activities and responsibilities.

+ Proactively managing the daily evolving calendar of assigned Director, including working with department staff, directors, executives and staff from other internal departments, outside vendor representatives, etc....
