Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily sales operations at the showroom by ensuring an organized, engaging, and productive environment for the sales force. The role serves as a bridge between the Marketing and Sales teams to help maximize sales opportunities and enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day sales operations and showroom activities.
• Monitor daily attendance, cut-off compliance, and activity assignments of the sales force.
• Facilitate morning huddles and ensure alignment on daily targets, sales activities, promotions, and operational reminders.
• Welcome and orient newly assigned Sales Officers and Salespersons to showroom procedures and activities.
• Provide frontline support to the sales force by assisting with product information, project updates, inventory availability, payment terms, and marketing promotions.
