Marketing Coordinator (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an organised and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This hybrid role involves a variety of tasks, from organising sales promotions to supporting marketing communications and event coordination.

What will you do?

• Own the creation and execution of our quarterly promotional calendar.
• Partner with sales managers and external distributors to plan campaigns, source high‑value giveaways, and run promotions from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships including sales, marketing services and product management.
• Coordinate closely with our external creative agency and in‑house distributor design teams to brief, review and deliver high‑impact promotional assets.
