Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator leads the organization and management of all marketing materials and collateral for commercial real estate properties, while also supporting day-to-day office administration. This role is integral to the firm’s public image, brand presence, and client-facing communications.

**Commercial Real Estate Marketing**

+ Lead all organization and management of marketing materials and collateral for properties.
+ Add properties to listing services, including Buildout, Crexi, Total Commercial, Clasificados Online, Zillow, and others.
+ Maintain listings up to date on all listing services.
+ Contact printing and installation companies and procure quotes for signs and fact sheets.
+ Manage Mailchimp campaigns and ensure mailing lists are up to date.
+ Contact and schedule photographers and videographers for property shoots.
