Description

The Compliance Analyst is a dedicated marketing-compliance role responsible for reviewing and approving advertising and promotional content produced by the company and its loan officers. The Analyst ensures that all consumer-facing materials, websites, and digital channels comply with federal and state mortgage advertising laws, with primary emphasis on the Truth in Lending Act (TILA / Regulation Z advertising provisions) and the Mortgage Acts and Practices – Advertising Rule (the “MAP Rule” / Regulation N). This individual serves as a front-line gatekeeper, balancing fast turnaround for a high-volume sales force against rigorous, documented compliance review.
