Marketing communications executive

We are a well-established chiropractic and wellness clinic seeking a proactive Part-Time Outreach & Marketing Executive to help us expand our community health education efforts through school and corporate health talks.

This role focuses on initiating contact, building relationships, and arranging health talk sessions with schools, companies, and organisations across Singapore.

• Reach out to schools, corporate offices, and organisations via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Introduce and promote our health talk programmes (posture, spinal health, workplace ergonomics, wellness)
• Schedule and coordinate health talk sessions and outreach events
• Follow up with prospects to secure bookings and maintain relationships
• Maintain a simple outreach tracker (contacts, responses, appointments)
• Work closely with the clinic team to align messaging and availability of speakers
