• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies with institutional goals.
• Design visually engaging content for social media, websites, e-newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Initiate and manage the content creation of graphics and multimedia assets for campaigns and events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage social media platforms, producing posts and video content, and analysing performance to optimise engagement.
• Manage events and/or activities as appointed.
• Track and report on the performance of design and communications initiatives to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Assist with other duties to support the team’s objectives.
