THE ROLE Responsible for leveraging technology to serve marketing and strategy goals. This person will lead both national and international projects, focusing on the implementation and development of Salesforce technology, primarily Marketing Cloud and/or other Marketing Automation tools (Adobe, Braze, Selligent, etc.).RESPONSIBILITIES Configure and implement Marketing Cloud tools Guide clients in adopting new technologies Define and apply data models to manage contacts Co-create multichannel customer experiences Facilitate and share best practices in marketing automation Make data-driven decisions supported by existing technologies REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of experience, specific technical knowledge, tool/programming language proficiency, soft skills Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certification will be positively valued) Proficiency in SQL & AMP Script Knowledge of cust...
