Marketing Associate, Retail Production (Maternity Cover 1 year)

The North Face EMEA is looking for an outstanding Marketing Associate, Retail Production (Maternity Cover – 1 year) to join our Marketing team at our European headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Support all functions and aspects of The North Face Go‑To‑Market process from season launch through to in‑store execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for external communications and Retail Marketing campaign executions, including seasonal windows, store customisations, POP material, in‑store videos, and store takeovers.
• Coordinate external agencies and vendors to deliver seasonal campaigns on time and within budget, focusing on retail marketing briefing to brand teams and collecting input from operations, product merchandising, and visual merchandising.
• Manage internal communications with Brand, Creative, Retail, and Global teams from brief creation to project share‑out and final report.
