JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Honest, hardworking and with pleasing personality
2. Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year business course
3. With good scholastic record and communication skills
4. With two (2) years experience in marketing
5. Willing to do field works
6. Willing to work beyond office hours
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make daily and daily/weekly marketing schedule for approval of Bank Manager.
2. Responsible in the marketing of bank services (deposit, loans and other bank services) to clients.
3. Execute various marketing programs and activities.
4. Participates in the development, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies designed to promote the bank and to retain bank clientele.
5. Email daily accomplishment report to the Bank Manager and Executive Committee (EXCOM).
6. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
