MARKETING ASSISTANT

YONMING GROUP with over 40 branches across the world is looking for a Marketing Assistant to expand our account team at our top sales branch – YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Johor) Sdn Bhd .

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs effectively
• Oversee and manage inter-branch parts ordering to ensure seamless operations
• Supervise and follow up on tasks and responsibilities of subordinates to maintain workflow efficiency
• Undertake additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by the superior

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
