Marketing Assistant (fresh graduates may apply)

Responsibilities

• Manages and updates social media profiles, schedules posts, and engages with the online community to enhance brand presence.
• Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts and scheduled advertisements.
• Addresses online enquiries from potential clients across all social media platforms, groups, and pages, and answers phone calls from sub‑dealers, partners, and suppliers.
• Assists in reporting and reminding current statuses from inquiry to closing of sale.
• Assists in scheduling bookings, logistics expenses (food, accommodations, mode of transportation), and payments for marketing events.
• Assists the Sales and Marketing Department as they see fit under this scope of works.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business‑related course.
