Marketing Assistant / Content Creation

Lake Life Day Spa is looking for an experienced Content & Marketing Assistant to take ownership of the execution side of our marketing across social media, email, website, and e-commerce.

Education Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing / Content Creation

Responsibilities & Compensation:

Weekly Content Execution

• Create and publish:
• 1 high-quality Reel per week (filming + editing using CapCut or similar)
• 2 feed posts per week (1 carousel + 1 static via Canva)
• 4 story sets per week (Monday–Thursday)

Content Creation

• Capture video and photo content in-spa using iPhone
• Plan and execute content based on direction and shot lists
• Stay current on what is working in social media (hooks, structure, messaging, not trends for the sake of trends)
