Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in Marketing or other related Business Courses from a recognised university with 10 years of working experience in the Financial services of which 5 years should be in similar position

• Master’s Degree with 3 years working experience in a similar position in rural banking

• A professional qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage

• Must have an indepth knowledge in Marketing and Product Development

• Ability to plan, develop and implement all of the bank’s marketing strategies both internal and external

• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements
