Marketing and Operations Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

Has at least 3 years experience leading and managing a marketing team

Can handle both operations and marketing functions

Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Has strong coordination and project management skills

Is creative and updated with marketing trends

Must be confident in giving creative input, reviewing marketing materials, and collaborating with designers and content teams

Strong communicator and team leader who can align creative, operational, and technical teams toward execution

Has experience in advertising, digital media, events, or interactive solutions (preferred)
