Marketing and Content Officer

We build foundations, in structures and in people. We are a systems-driven design-build firm in CALABARZON, and we have grown on referrals. Now we are building a marketing engine that brings in qualified inquiries on its own. We are looking for one person to own that engine end to end.

What you will own

You will plan it, shoot it, edit it, write it, publish it, and measure it. You turn finished projects into a steady pipeline of leads. Your North Star is one number: new qualified inquiries per month.

Responsibilities

1. Run the lead-generation funnel: website and inquiry forms that convert viewers into qualified leads.
2. Own marketing strategy, KPIs, and budget each quarter.
3. Set and hold the brand on Instagram and Facebook (cross-posted), plus the company LinkedIn page.
4. Plan and run photo and video shoots at completed project sites. Coordinate schedules, equipment, and client permissions.
