   OVERVIEW  
  JOB PURPOSE: 
 The Marketing Analyst, CPD, is responsible for the gathering of data, preparation of detailed reports and analysis of CPD programs, sales and customer behaviour.
  QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 
 A university degree, with computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, database applications, e-mail and the Intranet / Internet
 A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience or equivalent, including response analysis, and database segmentation. 
 Knowledge of best practices in marketing, and targeted dissemination of specialized products, preferably legal education products
 Good grasp of delivering solid customer service in a confidential environment
 Speaks and writes in a clear, articulate, persuasive manner for individual and / or group situations
