Role Purpose (Full-Time)
To own and manage marketing operational systems, ensuring data accuracy, smooth execution of campaigns, and reliable reporting that supports marketing decision-making.
Full-Time Responsibilities
1. Marketing Data Ownership (Core)
Manage and maintain marketing databases (CRM, trackers, dashboards)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Perform regular data audits and clean-ups
Prepare structured reports for management
2. Research & Insights Support
Conduct structured market and competitor research
Analyze trends and summarize insights (not just raw data)
Maintain research documentation for future reference
Support strategy discussions with data inputs
3. Campaign Operations Management
Coordinate campaign timelines and execution checklists
Track campaign performance metrics
Liaise with sales, design, agencies, or vendors
Identify operational gaps and propose improvements
