Job description:

+ Communication interface between customer and sales team

+ Lead of prototype management: proactive tracking of customer orders from the receipt of Purchase Order until invoicing

+ Data input and maintenance of data in SAP

+ Support of the sales team with organizational and administrative tasks

+ Preparation of internal and external meetings, creation of presentations and reports
Requirements:

+ MS Office / IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ Proficient English skills in speaking and writing
