Mission

At Zelestra, we are looking for a Market Operations Specialist Latam, based in our Santiago office. The main mission of this role will be to lead actions that maximize the value of the region’s assets by identifying opportunities and proposing concrete action plans in coordination with the relevant internal areas. The role will contribute to executive team decision‑making and to increasing the company’s commercial margin.

In addition, the person will be responsible for responding to authority/regulator requirements in a timely and proper manner, in accordance with current regulations, and for raising alerts regarding any impediments. All of the above must be carried out in line with quality, compliance, occupational health & safety standards, and the fulfillment of social, environmental, and regulatory obligations.
