**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Market Manager, Workers Compensation Employee Health** , you will help ensure the well-being of employees within the assigned market so they can safely and productively contribute to our organization.

Every day you will oversee the efficient and effective operations of the Employee Health Department, focusing on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all Employee Health Services. You will be expected to proactively communicate and collaborate with HR, Infection Prevention, and other departments to ensure adherence to CDC, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership and operational management skills, a comprehensive understanding of professional standards and regulatory requirements for employee health, and the ability to effectively communicate and implement health policies.
