**BluePearl Pet Hospital** **is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician with a passion for advanced anesthesia and a talent for mentoring and developing others.**
**In this role, you’ll support and help lead complex cases across the market, while serving as a clinical resource for the team. **Pay:** $30.00 - $55.00 / hour
_This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool._ _Candidates with VTS credentialing are eligible for compensation commensurate with experience._
We also offer **competitive shift differential pay** for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For example:
