Market Access & Pricing Lead - Geneva

We are recruiting a Market Access & Pricing Lead based at our global headquarters in Meyrin, Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development & Alliance Management and as part of a team of three, your mission is to define and implement the access and pricing strategies for OM Pharma existing and pipeline products, in strong collaboration with local commercial partners, global cross‑functional teams and external agencies. The role combines hands‑on execution and strategic leadership.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global market access strategy, pinpointing strategic imperatives and priorities, especially in view of geographic expansion and pipeline development.
