Duties and Responsibilities of the Faculty

 Teaches along the field of specialization and/or subject areas assigned by the immediate supervisor;

 Prepares relevant course syllabi and instructional guides and materials;

 Keeps updated on the latest trends and techniques of instruction specifically in the field of specialization;

 Evaluates students’ performances based on the standards and criteria set by the College;

 Performs basic guidance functions to assist students in their personal and social adjustment to college life;
