Job Description
The Marine Training Product Manager is responsible for translating industry and client needs into effective, revenue-generating training programs for the designated business segment (marine, offshore, energy, etc.). This role combines deep technical and operational expertise with learning design capabilities to identify training needs, architect learning solutions, and oversee program financial performance and client satisfaction across the product lifecycle.
What You Will Do:

Conduct ongoing industry training needs analysis within the assigned business segment, gathering market intelligence on regulatory, standards, and technology trends influencing industry upskilling requirements.
Lead discovery and scoping sessions with key clients to understand competency gaps, performance challenges, and training requirements.
