Job Description

What You Will Do
As a Marine Project Development Engineer – Fire & Security Systems, you will collaborate closely with the sales, procurement, and engineering teams to develop high-impact system proposals for newbuild and refit projects.
You will prepare proposals for the delivery of integrated solutions for the Marine, Cruise, and Navy markets. This position reports directly to the Country Manager of the Global Marine & Navy Business Unit in Italy.
How You Will Do It
Identify customer needs and business drivers, translating them into clear and effective commercial strategies.
Evaluate customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and develop technically and commercially compliant solutions.
Define all technical and commercial elements that form the proposal, ensuring alignment with sales targets and successful order intake.
