JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marina Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations and activities at the marina, ensuring safe and effective operations while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Directing and coordinating all marina operations, including equipment rentals, recreational boating activities, and facility management.

Acting as an instructor/trainer in small craft handling (sail and power) and serving as a basic sailing instructor.

Maintaining compliance with safety standards, while ensuring the marina staff and patrons are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
