In this critical position, you'll oversee daily operations while training your crew in vital safety practices and performance standards. Your expertise in highway maintenance, along with your ability to perform inspections and patrols, will contribute directly to public safety. You will also manage communications with the MTO and handle logistics to ensure adequate resources are available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and delegate tasks among crew members
• Conduct highway inspections and monitor quality
• Liaise with authorities for traffic control
• Perform circle checks and vehicle maintenance
• Review all operational logs and diaries
Requirements:
• DZ License is mandatory
