Manufacturing Welder (3rd Shift)

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.
+ Align with and maintain areas to 5S standards.
+ Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions.
+ Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
+ Produce quality parts/assemblies and eliminate the cost of non-conformance.
+ Perform all required welding, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.
+ Align with all safety and work instructions.
+ Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises.
+ Reduce lead times and optimize production cycle.
+ Maintain competitive cost associated to welding including labor, material, gases, consumables, tooling, inventory, etc.
