In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules. Align with and maintain areas to S standards. Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions. Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks. Produce quality parts/assemblies and eliminate the cost of non-conformance. Perform all required welding, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc. Align with all safety and work instructions. Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises. Reduce lead times and optimize production cycle. Maintain competitive cost associated to welding including labor, material, gases, consumables, tooling, inventory, etc. For This Role, You Will Need:
