The Manufacturing Test Technician is a highly developed individual contributor responsible for performing complex testing and troubleshooting activities. This role works autonomously, applies judgment and initiative, and may mentor lower-level peers while supporting operational goals through accurate and efficient test execution. Requirement/Must Have: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Strong background in electrical testing and debugging. Experience: Experience working autonomously on complex testing assignments.
