About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of test systems for hyperscale hardware products across all stages of production — from individual modules to full server racks and clusters. This critical leadership role requires deep expertise across hardware, firmware, and software domains and the ability to drive innovation, reliability, and efficiency in high-volume manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership
This role requires managing engineers and technicians.
Lead a team of 20-40 that develops and executes comprehensive test strategies for all levels of hyperscale product assembly: module, server, rack, and cluster.
Define and implement Best-in-Class manufacturing test practices and create a clear roadmap to achieve them.
