**Now Hiring: Manufacturing Technician (1st Shift)**

**1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
**Pay:** $17.50–$ 18.00/hour

Adecco is hiring a **Manufacturing Technician** for a manufacturing facility in Winchester, KY! If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy troubleshooting equipment, making machine adjustments, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform machine changeovers, tool changes, and equipment setups
+ Troubleshoot production and machining issues
+ Make minor machine/program adjustments as needed
+ Inspect tooling, gauges, and product quality
+ Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities
+ Train and support production team members
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

+ 3+ years of manufacturing experience (CNC experience preferred)
