The Manufacturing Technician supports the production of multilayer ceramic capacitors by preparing materials, operating equipment, and maintaining clean room standards. This role involves slurry preparation, machine operation, and adherence to quality and safety procedures in a controlled manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare ceramic slurry mixtures per established formulas and procedures
+ Operate and monitor production equipment used in capacitor manufacturing
+ Load, unload, and inspect materials throughout the process
+ Follow work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards
+ Perform basic in-process inspections and report defects or abnormalities
+ Maintain accurate production and process documentation
