**Job Description**

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting silicone coating, converting, and packaging equipment. This role includes tasks such as start-up/shutdowns, changeovers, inspections, packaging, and small preventative maintenance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Run and monitor reactors, mixers, and automated systems following established procedures.
+ Perform inspections, measurements, and documentation to verify product specifications.
+ Conduct routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
+ Follow chemical-handling rules, PPE requirements, and environmental standards.
+ Record production data, equipment checks, and process deviations accurately.
