MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN 3

Candidate with a Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Electronics engineering and several years of experience in semiconductor testing is required. Knowledge of turret‑based handlers, multisite discrete and analog testing methodology, and automatic vision inspection covering lead, coplanarity, marking, and packaging is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine RCM tasks to ensure equipment is in tip‑top condition.
• Check and service ownership machines to sustain and meet MTBA performance measurements.
• Attend repair tickets promptly with a sense of urgency and skill to ensure uptime is met.
• Coordinate with shift ME in output focus, performing troubleshooting, setup, or conversion to deliver on time.
• Isolate, segregate, and narrow down genuine and non‑genuine vision and test rejects to keep scrap under control.
• Comply with process OCAP, SOP, and buy‑off checklists to ensure quality output.
